We do not track or collect information from users from within the Ilaro application.

The website tracks anonymous data such as the number of times a page has been viewed or a link within the website has been clicked. This information does not include any personal data and is not shared with any third parties.

Customer support

Email addresses are required when requesting customer support. Email addresses are only used to reply to support requests and answer inquiries. We do not send promotional emails. And email addresses are never shared with third parties.

Customer support is provided via the Freshdesk service from Freshworks and further subject to the Freshworks privacy policy.

Cloud sync

Cloud sync is provided by Apple and subject to the Apple privacy policy.
